Senator D. Scott Dibble called the meeting to order at 2:08 PM. A quorum was present.

S.F. 2697: Senator Saxhaug: Grand Rapids freight rail construction design grant establishment.



As amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1075: Senator Saxhaug: Hunting and fishing licenses online applications for anatomical gifts donation.



Senator Reinert moved that S.F. 1075, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2371: Senator Carlson: Metropolitan area transit and paratransit capital expenditures additional financing authorization and issuance of certain obligations.



Senator Carlson moved that S.F. 2371, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2403: Senator Hawj: St. Paul district councils community involvement grants appropriation.



As amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
