Senator D. Scott Dibble called the meeting to order at 8:39 AM. A quorum was not present.

S.F. 1277: Senator Pappas: St. Paul John Alleman memorial bridge designation.



Senator Champion moved that S.F. 1277, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3217: Senator Ortman: Trunk highway intersections service signs authorization.



Senator Pratt moved that S.F. 3217, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 789: Senator Kiffmeyer: Motor vehicles registration refund and grace period provisions.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 789, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1040: Senator Pratt: Watercraft and motor vehicles transfer-on-death of title provisions; motor vehicle sales tax exemption.
