Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 12:05 pm.

S.F. 3438: Senator Latz: Public safety, corrections, courts, guardian ad litem board, and human rights appropriations.

S.F. 3122: Senator Limmer: Identity theft crimes statute of limitations extension.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 3122, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
