Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 11:14 am.

S.F. 3334: Senator Lourey: Medical cannabis program, children and family services, direct care and treating, and continuing care provisions modifications; department of human services (DHS) office of special investigations law enforcement division establishment.



Senator Sheran moved that S.F. 3334, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3483: Senator Latz: Court reporter outdated statutes update; probate or civil commitment court proceedings referee orders and decrees court of appeals direct appeals authorization; perjury penalty statutes clarification.



Senator Latz moved that S.F. 3483, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
