Senator Terri E. Bonoff called the meeting to order at 2:06pm.

S.F. 3028: Senator Bonoff: Rollout of the Higher Education Policy Omnibus Bill.



Senator Bonoff moved that S.F. 3028, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2610: Senator Torres Ray: Effective and diverse teachers access for all students.



Senator Torres Ray moved that S.F. 2610, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
