Senator Patricia Torres Ray called the meeting to order at 4:04 p.m.

S.F. 2758: Senator Schmit: Taking and feeding wild animals provisions modifications.



Senator Johnson moved that S.F. 2758, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2757: Senator Schmit: Northern pike management authorization.



Senator Johnson moved that S.F. 2757, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2989: Senator Marty: Energy assurance and emergency conservation plan establishment; petroleum end user program authorization; energy auditor standards and siting requirement eligibility provisions modifications.



Senator Dahle moved that S.F. 2989, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
