Present: Senator Ann H. Rest - Chair, Senator Lyle Koenen - Vice Chair, Senator Kari Dziedzic, Senator Chris A. Eaton, Senator Paul E. Gazelka, Senator Rod Skoe

Absent: Senator Julianne E. Ortman, Senator Dave Thompson
Senator Ann H. Rest called the meeting to order at 8:47 AM. NOTE: Senators Ortman and Thompson were excused. Senator Eaton moved that the minutes from the Division meeting on March 24, 2016 be approved. MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1217: Senator Dziedzic: New markets income tax credit program establishment.


S.F. 2586: Senator Rest: Working family income tax credit modification.
