Senator Patricia Torres Ray called the meeting to order at 2:02 p.m.

S.F. 2583: Senator Clausen: Dakota county community development agency membership modification.



Senator Dahle moved that S.F. 2583, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 805: Senator Saxhaug: State park permit military personnel and disabled veterans exemptions modification.



Senator Johnson moved that S.F. 805, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1506: Senator Dahle: Sanitary districts creation, annexation, detachment, and dissolution procedures; filing and hearing requirements modifications (NOTE: This bill already received a full hearing in State & Local last session. It was returned to the committee from the Senate Floor via Rule 47 after not receiving a floor vote last year. It is the Chair\'s intention to move this bill back to the floor on a procedural-only vote).
