Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 12:09 pm.

S.F. 2412: Senator Bonoff: Clinical drug trial participation prohibition for persons subject to emergency admission or apprehend and hold orders.



Senator Goodwin moved that S.F. 2412, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2649: Senator Carlson: Energy transmission and telecommunications equipment crime damage expansion.



Senator Latz moved that S.F. 2649, be laid over. - MOTION PREVAILED.
