Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 12:09 pm.
S.F. 1039: Senator Metzen: [To be moved on a procedural-only vote. The bill received a full hearing in
2015 and was returned to the Judiciary Committee from the Senate Floor via
Rule 47. The Committee will return the bill to the Senate Floor without
taking testimony] Deputy registrar and agents electronic medium records
storage authorization.
