Senator Rod Skoe called the meeting to order at 8:40am

S.F. 1922: Senator Anderson: Annual city celebration sales and use tax exemption.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1922, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1678: Senator Rest: Individual income tax returns free electronic filing requirement and appropriation.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1678, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 2028: Senator Rest: Income tax sourcing rules for board member performance of services income sales factor determinations.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 2028, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 2004: Senator Koenen: School building bond agricultural credit establishment and appropriation.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 2004, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1227: Senator Skoe: Lawful gambling taxes modification.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 1227, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
