Senator Rod Skoe called the meeting to order at 9:00am

S.F. 1838: Senator Sieben: Cottage Grove tax increment financing (TIF) district extension.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1838, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1011: Senator Saxhaug: Iron Range fiscal disparities program distribution levies modification.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1011, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1830: Senator Osmek: Agricultural preserve early termination authority expansion.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1830, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1636: Senator Skoe: Electric generation systems personal property tax elimination and new valuation method authorization.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1636, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
