Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 11:05 am.
S.F. 1269: Senator Sieben: Incarcerated women needs addressed relating to pregnancy and childbirth
issues and use of restraints report requirement; nonprofit organizations
awards; appropriation.
Senator Goodwin moved that S.F. 1269, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
S.F. 1556: Senator Carlson: Cell phone use during second or subsequent driving violation minimum fine
establishment.
Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 1556, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
S.F. 823: Senator Pratt: Scott county probation caseload and workload reduction grant appropriation.

department establishment.

S.F. 540: Senator Pederson: Sherburne county community supervision of offenders grant authorization.

Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 1831, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

below) for possible inclusion in the Judiciary Omnibus Budget Bill.
