Senator Rod Skoe called the meeting to order at 8:40am Senator Eaton chaired in order for Senator Skoe to present:

S.F. 1958: Senator Skoe: Lewis and Clark regional water system project debt service aid formula modification and local taxing authority reinstatement.



Senator Eaton moved that S.F. 1958, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 650: Senator Bakk: Tofte municipal housing authority powers.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 650, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 389: Senator Rest: Infant and child car seats general sales and use tax exemption.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 389, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1968: Senator Sparks: Workforce housing tax credit establishment.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1968, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1369: Senator Thompson: Aquatic invasive species prevention aid repeal.
