Senator Rod Skoe called the meeting to order at 8:40am

S.F. 1251: Senator Rest: Hennepin county railroad condemnation power limitation.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 1251, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1354: Senator Rest: Tax court conforming changes and prior appropriation clarification.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 1354, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 828: Senator Rest: Tax forfeited lands unpaid balance of purchase price interest rate reduction.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 828, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1146: Senator Dahle: Local board of appeal and equalization mandatory courses requirements modifications.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1146, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1058: Senator Eken: Class 2 properties agricultural purposes definition modification.

Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1252, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1894: Senator Senjem: Premium cigar definition modification and maximum tax reduction.



Senator Senjem moved that S.F. 1894, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
