Senator John Marty called the meeting to order at 12:07pm.

S.F. 1008: Senator Bakk: Timber permit extensions interest rates reduction.



Senator Osmek moved that S.F. 1008, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1460: Senator Tomassoni: University lands exemption from lands bordering public waters sale prohibition.



Senator Hoffman moved that S.F. 1460, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1406: Senator Hawj: Cass and Todd counties private sale of surplus state land bordering public water authorization; Pine county public or private sales of surplus state land bordering public water.
