Senator Rod Skoe called the meeting to order at 8:40am
S.F. 1492: Senator Hoffman: Coon Rapids tax increment financing (TIF) provisions modifications.
Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1492, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.
S.F. 585: Senator Cohen: St. Paul housing and redevelopment authority redevelopment tax increment
financing (TIF) districts establishment authorization.
Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 585, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.
S.F. 1575: Senator Torres Ray: Richfield redevelopment tax increment financing (TIF) district duration
extension.
Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1575, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.
S.F. 1843: Senator Osmek: Wayzata tax increment financing (TIF) district extension.
Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1843, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 993, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
S.F. 403: Senator Champion: Historic structure rehabilitation income tax credit expansion.
Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 403, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.
S.F. 668: Senator Stumpf: Workforce housing projects inclusion as tax increment financing (TIF)
districts.
Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 668, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.
S.F. 838: Senator Skoe: Budget reserve account buyback level conformance with most recent
forecast and report modifications.
