Senator Rod Skoe called the meeting to order at 8:40am

S.F. 1451: Senator Sheran: Mankato and North Mankato local sales tax authorities modification.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1451, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1636: Senator Skoe: Electric generation systems personal property tax elimination and new valuation method authorization.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 1636, be laid over.

S.F. 1143: Senator Pederson: Transfers for divided lands rules restrictions modification.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1143, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1146: Senator Dahle: Local board of appeal and equalization mandatory courses requirements modifications.

S.F. 1332: Senator Saxhaug: Leased seasonal-recreational land, and class 1c property tax treatment modifications.
