Senator Ann H. Rest called the meeting to order at 8:37 AM.
NOTE: Senator Ortman was excused.
Senator Thompson moved that the minutes from the Division meeting on March 16, 2015 be approved. MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 1409: Senator Hoffman: Meals, drinks and capital equipment sales tax exemption expansion
authorization.
S.F. 1221: Senator Rosen: Nonprofit animal shelters sales and use tax exemption.
S.F. 289: Senator Koenen: Propane tanks sales and use tax exemption.
S.F. 1186: Senator Koenen: Telecommunications equipment sales and use tax exemption expansion for
wire, cable, fiber, poles, and conduit.
S.F. 1510: Senator Dziedzic: Durable medical equipment and supplies sales tax exemption expansion and
refund authorization.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:04 AM.
