Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 10:07 am.

S.F. 500: Senator Hoffman: Child support obligors in arrears withholding requirements modification.



Senator Goodwin moved that S.F. 500, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 848: Senator Eaton: Income tax dependency exemptions child support allocation authorization.



Senator Sheran moved that S.F. 848, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1424: Senator Eaton: Family law custodial rights notice requirements modifications; judgment interest rate in family court actions modifications.



Senator Sheran moved that S.F. 1424, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1103: Senator Thompson: Marriage dissolution parenting time rebuttable presumption clarification and remedies modification; maintenance post-decree modification, income disclosure, and alternate effective date.
