Senator Tony Lourey called the meeting to order at 8:34 a.m. Senator Pappas presented S.F. 552. Senator moved adoption of the A-1 Amendment. AMENDMENT ADOPTED. Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 552 be passed and laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. MOTION PREVAILED. Senator Rosen moved an oral amendment, on line 1.8 delete “Office of Rural Health and Safety” and insert, “Commissioner of Health”. AMENDMENT ADOPTED. Senator Rosen moved S.F. 672 as amended be recommended to pass and laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. MOTION PREVAILED.
