Senator Tony Lourey called the meeting to order at 8:43 a.m. Senator Sheran presented S.F. 410. Senator Sheran presented the A-2 Amendment. Senator Sheran moved an oral amendment to the A-2 Amendment, on lined 1.5, delete “five” and insert 10. Senator Sheran moved adoption of the A-2 Amendment as amended. AMENDMENT ADOPTED. Senator Lourey laid S.F. 410 on the table. S.F. 410 was taken from the table. Senator Sheran moved that S.F. 410 as amended be recommended to pass and laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. MOTION PREVAILED.
