Senator Rod Skoe called the meeting to order at 8:40am Senator Senjem moved approval of the March 5th minutes. MOTION PREVAILED

S.F. 402: Senator Tomassoni: Property tax refund claim deadline extension.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 402, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 354: Senator Gazelka: Property taxes late payments uniform penalty.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 354, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 931: Senator Gazelka: Delinquent real estate and agricultural property taxes due date and penalties modifications.
