Senator Terri E. Bonoff called the meeting to order at 2:51 PM

S.F. 766: Senator Hoffman: Spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury research grant program, small business grant and loan program, and spinal cord and traumatic brain injury advisory council establishment; office of higher education grants.



Senator Miller moved that S.F. 766, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 293: Senator Clausen: College savings plans income tax credit and subtraction establishment and appropriation.



Senator Clausen moved that S.F. 293, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 713: Senator Clausen: Student loan debt repayment counseling pilot program establishment and appropriation.



Senator Clausen moved that S.F. 713, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
