Senator John Marty called the meeting to order at 12:10pm

S.F. 340: Senator Pederson: Disposal facility permit issuance by state prior local approval requirement.



Senator Osmek moved that S.F. 340, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 657: Senator Tomassoni: St. Louis county tax-forfeited land sales modification.



Senator Marty moved that S.F. 657, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 673: Senator Saxhaug: Sustainable forest incentive act withdrawal procedures modification.



Senator Eaton moved that S.F. 673, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
