Senator John Marty called the meeting to order at 12:07pm.

S.F. 266: Senator Sparks: Shell Rock River state water trail designation and appropriation.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 266, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 122: Senator Senjem: Parks and trails funds use for eminent domain property acquisition prohibition.



Senator Brown moved that S.F. 122, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION FAILED.
