Senator Thomas M. Bakk called the meeting to order at 2:35 pm. Senator Bakk declared a quorum was present.

S.F. 2066: Senator Dibble: Data practices and personal data privacy legislative commission establishment.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 2066, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2128: Senator Skoe: Online lottery ticket sale prohibition.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 2128, committee report be amended so the bill do pass and be re-referred to the committee on Taxes.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:09 pm.
