S.F. 1776: Senator Sieben: Executive branch advisory groups governing laws modification.



Senator Kent moved that S.F. 1776, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2620: Senator Latz: Public safety outdated and redundant statutes repeal.



Senator Carlson moved that S.F. 2620, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2616: Senator Dibble: Transportation department (DOT) reporting requirements elimination; obsolete and redundant provisions elimination; conforming changes.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 2616, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2858: Senator Dibble: Transportation prior appropriations and transfers modifications.



Senator Kent moved that S.F. 2858, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
