Absent: Senator Michelle L. Fischbach, Senator James P. Metzen

Senator Thomas M. Bakk called the meeting to order at 2:19 pm. Senator Bakk declared a quorum was present.

S.F. 2782: Senator Rest: Campaign finance reports modification; aggregate contribution limit increase.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 2782, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2302: Senator Sieben: Metropolitan area soil and water conservation district supervisors election by supervisor districts requirement.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 2302, as amended, be laid over. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2454: Senator Marty: Natural resources provisions modification and obsolete laws elimination and regulatory efficiencies authorization.



Senator Marty moved that S.F. 2454, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

Senator Sieben moved to reconsider the motion to recommend SF2390 to pass. MOTION PREVAILED. Senator Sieben moved SF2390 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary. MOTION PREVAILED. The meeting was adjourned at 3:00 pm.
