Senator John Marty called the meeting to order at 12:11pm

S.F. 2793: Senator Tomassoni: Microenergy loan program purpose and criteria expansion for community energy efficiency projects.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 2793, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2555: Senator Eaton: Residential solar energy systems limits imposition prohibition.



Senator Eaton moved that S.F. 2555, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2222: Senator Sparks: Biodiesel minimum content requirements exception for certain diesel fuel generators; biodiesel content mandate exceptions extension.

S.F. 2819: Senator Dibble: Green jobs deconstruction pilot program creation and appropriation.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 2819, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2049: Senator Dibble: Sustainable building 2030 incentive rates; utility bills conservation charges inclusion; industrial energy efficiency plans to meet forecasted electric generation capacity needs.



Senator Hawj moved that S.F. 2049, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2806: Senator Hoffman: Asian carp terminology change to invasive carp.



Senator Hoffman moved that S.F. 2806, be recommended to pass and placed on the Consent Calendar. - MOTION PREVAILED.
