Senator D. Scott Dibble called the meeting to order at 3:07 p.m.

S.F. 2663: Senator Bakk: Disability-related angling and hunting licenses and special permit provisions modifications; Minnesota driver\'s license and identification card designations authority.



Senator Wiger moved that S.F. 2663, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2593: Senator Bakk: Community destination sign program establishment.



Senator Reinert moved that S.F. 2593, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2795: Senator Jensen: Oil and hazardous materials rail corridor grade crossing transport safety requirements and appropriation.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 2795, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2796: Senator Jensen: Oil and hazardous materials railroad and pipeline safety and emergency response preparedness and appropriation.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 2796, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2797: Senator Jensen: Railroad and pipeline hazardous materials safety and emergency response and preparedness.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 2797, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2570: Senator Carlson: Railroad employees motor carriers regulation modification.



Senator Carlson moved that S.F. 2570, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2613: Senator Dibble: Traffic regulations and motor vehicles provisions modifications; motor vehicle sales tax distribution clarification; obsolete provisions elimination.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 2613, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
