Senator Kathy Sheran called the meeting to order at 12:06pm.
S.F. 2284: Senator Metzen: Pharmacy benefit manager contract regulations; specialty drugs and
prescriptions designation requirements; mail-order prescriptions authority
for retail community pharmacies; maximum allowable cost pricing use
limitations.
Senator Lourey moved that S.F. 2284, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 1864: Senator Eaton: Mental health crisis intervention and stabilization services provisions
modifications.
Senator Eaton moved that S.F. 1864, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 1865: Senator Eaton: Adult foster homes serving individuals with mental illness staff training
requirements clarification.
