Senator Kathy Sheran called the meeting to order at 12:06pm.

S.F. 2284: Senator Metzen: Pharmacy benefit manager contract regulations; specialty drugs and prescriptions designation requirements; mail-order prescriptions authority for retail community pharmacies; maximum allowable cost pricing use limitations.



Senator Lourey moved that S.F. 2284, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1864: Senator Eaton: Mental health crisis intervention and stabilization services provisions modifications.



Senator Eaton moved that S.F. 1864, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1865: Senator Eaton: Adult foster homes serving individuals with mental illness staff training requirements clarification.



Senator Eaton moved that S.F. 1865, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1840: Senator Hoffman: Family child care caregiver requirements modifications.



Senator Hoffman moved that S.F. 1840, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2510: Senator Rosen: Dental cone beam computerized tomography from diagnostic imaging requirements exemption.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 2510, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1692: Senator Hayden: Home and community-based waiver and general assistance (GA) recipients residency ratio restrictions modification.



Senator Hayden moved that S.F. 1692, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2637: Senator Hayden: Adult dental services prior medical assistance (MA) authorization requirement prohibition.



Senator Hayden moved that S.F. 2637, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1738: Senator Hayden: Minnesota family investment program (MFIP) and general assistance (GA) random drug testing requirements modification.
