Senator Kathy Sheran called the meeting to order at 6:45pm. A quourum was established from this afternoon.

S.F. 2692: Senator Cohen: Early learning scholarships appropriation availability expansion and appropriations.



Senator Lourey moved that S.F. 2692, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1181: Senator Nelson: Narcotics or controlled substances activities by health care professionals employer mandatory reporting requirement.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 1181, Dual Tracking - laid over for possible inclusion in policy omnibus bill & sent to the Senate Floor.. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2234: Senator Hayden: State-only MinnesotaCare program establishment.



Senator Hayden moved that S.F. 2234, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2260: Senator Nelson: Automatic external defibrillator (AED) registration requirements.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 2260, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1327: Senator Nelson: Child care assistance program quality rating and improvement system participation and rating requirements.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 1327, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2679: Senator Hoffman: Home and community-based services waivers payment methodologies modifications; monitoring technology review panel establishment.



Senator Hoffman moved that S.F. 2679, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
