Senator Rod Skoe called the meeting to order at 9:20 am

S.F. 2686: Senator Koenen: Biofuels, wine, beer, distilled beverages or dairy products production storage structures real property definition exclusion.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 2686, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2237: Senator Rest: Tax policy unnecessary or redundant laws and rules elimination.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 2237, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

H.F. 1777: Senator Skoe: Income tax federal conformance; working family credit phaseout for married filers extension; electronic and precision equipment and commercial and industrial machinery repair and maintenance sales and use tax repeal; telecommunications equipment sales and use tax exemption reinstatement; sales tax refund mechanism and appropriation.



Senator Skoe moved that H.F. 1777, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
