Senator Rod Skoe called the meeting to order at 8:10 am

S.F. 2447: Senator Koenen: State agricultural society bond requirements modifications.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 2447, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2251: Senator Kent: Metropolitan area transit and paratransit capital expenditures additional financing and obligation issuance.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 2251, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2080: Senator Rest: Certification of proposed levies deadline extension.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 2080, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1287: Senator Rest: Transfer-on-death of title to motor vehicle authorization.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1287, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1841: Senator Rest: Federal tax conformance for working family credit phaseout for married filers extension.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1841, as discussed, amended and may become part of the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2484: Senator Dziedzic: Federal tax conformance for working family credit phaseout for married filers extension.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 2484, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
