Senator Charles W. Wiger called the meeting to order at 8:40 a.m. A quorum was present at 8:42 a.m. Recessed at 9:25 a.m., and reconvened at 9:28 a.m. Senator Jensen chaired the committee starting at 9:54 a.m.

S.F. 530: Senator Dahle: Perpich center for arts education voluntary integration magnet school operation authority and appropriation.



Senator Dahle moved that S.F. 530, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1795: Senator Clausen: Independent and intermediate school districts building lease levy increase authorization.



Senator Dahle moved that S.F. 1795, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 2524: Senator Wiklund: The Works museum grant appropriation.



Senator Wiklund moved that S.F. 2524, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 2561: Senator Wiger: Minnesota humanities center appropriation.



Senator Wiger moved that S.F. 2561, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 2408: Senator Wiger: Postsecondary remedial education shared-cost burden regulation.



Senator Wiger moved that S.F. 2408, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
