Senator D. Scott Dibble called the meeting to order at 3:03 p.m.

S.F. 2035: Senator Nienow: Nicholas Patrick Spehar memorial highway designation.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 2035, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2372: Senator Jensen: Insurance provisions modifications.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 2372, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2614: Senator Dibble: Connector highways length limit removal; trunk highways one-week bid advertisement period; small cities bond payments state responsibility clarification.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 2614, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2616: Senator Dibble: Transportation department (DOT) reporting requirements elimination; obsolete and redundant provisions elimination; conforming changes.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 2616, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1787: Senator Saxhaug: Motor vehicle overweight permits expiration date uniformity with vehicle plate registration date.



Senator Kent moved that S.F. 1787, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
