Senator John Marty called the meeting to order at 3:42pm.

S.F. 2615: Senator Dibble: Commerce department utilities assessment amount modification; utilities statewide uniform energy conservation reporting system development revenue allocation.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 2615, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2168: Senator Rosen: Electric generation facilities certificate of need exemptions provision modification.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 2168, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2622: Senator Carlson: Electric vehicle charging tariff establishment.



Senator Koenen moved that S.F. 2622, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
