Senator Charles W. Wiger called the meeting to order at 8:35 a.m.

S.F. 2233: Senator Bonoff: School districts location equity revenue calculation provisions clarifications.



Senator Bonoff moved that S.F. 2233, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 2370: Senator Jensen: School districts location equity program eligibility expansion; location equity revenue and referendum revenue calculation modification.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 2370, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.

S.F. 2079: Senator Nelson: School districts location equity revenue regional definition modification for metro region.



Senator Nienow moved that S.F. 2079, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1982: Senator Nelson: Independent school district #535, Rochester; metropolitan school district definition expansion for location equity revenue purposes.



Senator Weber moved that S.F. 1982, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1938: Senator Pederson: School districts location equity revenue maximum amount authorization.



Senator Dahms moved that S.F. 1938, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
