Senator David J. Tomassoni called the meeting to order at 12:10 p.m.
Senator Tomassoni announced that there would be no formal votes on the bonding bills before the committee today and that we would lay them over for recommendation to the Capital Investment Committee for possible inclusion in the omnibus bonding bill.
