Senator Charles W. Wiger called the meeting to order at 8:34 a.m.

S.F. 2247: Senator Tomassoni: Taconite production tax rate provisions modifications.



Senator Stumpf moved that S.F. 2247, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1891: Senator Johnson: School breakfast program state aid increase.



Senator Johnson moved that S.F. 1891, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
