Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 12:06 pm.

Confirmation of Gerald Kaplan to the Board of Judicial Standards.



Senator Limmer moved that Confirmation of Gerald Kaplan to the Board of Judicial Standards., be recommended to the full Senate. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1287: Senator Rest: Transfer-on-death of title to motor vehicle authorization.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 1287, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2244: Senator Champion: Forma pauperis party proceeding partial reimbursement costs modification.



Senator Champion moved that S.F. 2244, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1246: Senator Dahle: Motor vehicle collisions driver must stop requirements clarification and terminology change.



Senator Goodwin moved that S.F. 1246, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION FAILED.

Be postponed to a date certain Friday, March 14th at 10 am.

Senator Latz moved that S.F. 1904, be laid on the table.
