Senator Kathy Sheran called the meeting to order at 12:10pm. There is no quorum at this time. A quorum is present. The committee is in recess until 6pm tonight.

S.F. 133: Senator Hoffman: Medical laboratory science professionals licensure requirements; medical laboratory science professional licensing advisory council creation and appropriation.



Senator Hoffman moved that S.F. 133, as amended, recommended to pass and included in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1896: Senator Wiklund: Executive branch advisory groups laws modification.



Senator Wiklund moved that S.F. 1896, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2070: Senator Sheran: Nursing board grounds for disciplinary action modification; health professionals services program modification; health-related licensing board members compensation modification.



Not heard.

S.F. 1890: Senator Sheran: Health professionals services program modifications, noncompliance and temporary license suspension disciplinary investigation and data classification.



Senator Sheran moved that S.F. 1890, as amended, recommended to pass and included in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2047: Senator Marty: Newborn screening program modification.



Not heard.

*The committee will be hearing the content of SF 2070, but will be moving it as SF 1890.
