Senator Patricia Torres Ray called the meeting to order at 12:15 A quorum is present. SF 2055 (Sieben) - Early learning scholarships evaluation report due date establishment. Senator Wiger moves the A2 amendment to SF 2055. MOTION PREVAILED. Senator Wiger moves an oral amendment in line 1.3 to the A2 amendment to insert \'and student outcomes\' before the word \'by.\' MOTION PREVAILED. Senator Wiger moves an oral amendment in line 1.3 to the A2 amendment after the first \',\' insert \'early education and.\' MOTION PREVAILED. MOTION PREVAILED. SF 1797 (Wiger) - P-20 education partnership existing report requirements establishment. Senator Wiger moves the A1 amendment. MOTION PREVAILED. Senator Wiger moves that SF 1797 (Wiger) - P-20 education partnership existing report requirements establishment, be passed as amended and re-referred to the Higher Education Committee. Senator Wiger moved that S.F. 2055, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

Senator Wiger moved that S.F. 1797, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
