Senator Rod Skoe called the meeting to order at 9:25 AM

H.F. 1777: Senator Skoe: Income tax federal conformance; working family credit phaseout for married filers extension; electronic and precision equipment and commercial and industrial machinery repair and maintenance sales and use tax repeal; telecommunications equipment sales and use tax exemption reinstatement; sales tax refund mechanism and appropriation.



Senator Rest moved that H.F. 1777, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
