Senator Rod Skoe called the meeting to order at 8:12 AM Senator Rest chaired for Senator Skoe to present his bills.

S.F. 2250: Senator Skoe: General budget reserve level policy establishment.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 2250, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2230: Senator Skoe: Cities local government aid (LGA) payment in lieu of taxes distribution modifications; calculation of aid losses modifications.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 2230, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2388: Senator Skoe: Federal conformity of individual income tax and corporate franchise taxes; working family credit phaseout for married filers extension.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 2388, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2503: Senator Reinert: Small business investment income tax credit provisions expansion for qualified greater Minnesota businesses and minority or women owned qualified small businesses; appropriation; sunset extension.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 2503, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2370: Senator Jensen: School districts location equity program eligibility expansion; location equity revenue and referendum revenue calculation modification.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 2370, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
