Senator Kathy Sheran called the meeting to order at 12:05pm.

S.F. 1904: Senator Jensen: Optometrist licensing provisions modifications.



Senator Marty moved that S.F. 1904, as amended, recommended to pass and included in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1824: Senator Carlson: Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics Practice Act.



Senator Marty moved that S.F. 1824, be laid on the table. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1799: Senator Wiklund: Licensed professional clinical counselors licensing provisions modifications.



Senator Wiklund moved that S.F. 1799, as amended, recommended to pass and included in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1792: Senator Hoffman: Minnesota Massage and Bodywork Therapy Act.
