Senator Tony Lourey called the meeting to order at 8:46 a.m. Senator Eken presented S.F. 792, Nursing facility and elderly waiver rate increases. Senator Eken moved the A-2 Amendment. MOTION PREVAILEDD. Senator Sheran moved an oral amendment, on line 1.20 strike “sustained”. MOTION PREVAILED. Senator Eken moved that S.F. 792 as amended be recommended to pass for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. MOTION PREVAILED.
