Senator Tony Lourey called the meeting to order at 8:50 a.m. Senator Newman presented S.F. 110, McLeod county nursing facilities property rate increase authorization. Senator Sheran moved the A-1 Amendment. MOTION PREVAILED. Senator Sheran moved that S.F. 110 as amended be recommended to pass and referred to the Finance Committee. MOTION PREVAILED. S.F. 159: Senator Sheran: Nicollet and Cottonwood counties intermediate care facility for persons with developmental disabilities (ICF/MR) moratorium exception and rate adjustment.



Senator Sheran moved that S.F. 159, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 588: Senator Sheran: Health-related licensing boards criminal background check requirement and appropriation.


S.F. 1034: Senator Lourey: Omnibus health and human services finance bill.


S.F. 1230: Senator Sieben: Dakota county nursing facilities property tax rates modification.



Senator Lourey moved that S.F. 1230, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus and recommended to pass to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
