Senator Rod Skoe called the meeting to order at 10:07 A.M.

S.F. 587: Senator Dahms: Qualified brewer tax credit qualification modification.



Be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 902: Senator Eaton: Alcohol health and judicial impact fund establishment; alcoholic beverage excise taxes increase and appropriation.



As amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1440: Senator Champion: Transit improvement districts establishment.



As amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill.

S.F. 1487: Senator Schmit: Fracturing sand extraction and processing tax imposition and appropriation; aggregate production tax modification.
